Grissom Men's Soccer is proud to introduce John Moran as our new varsity coach.  Coach Moran is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA where he played goalkeeper while earning a Civil Engineering degree.  John coached boy's teams (U13-15) and goalkeepers in the Kicks Futbol Club for 6 years and was head varsity coach at Catholic High School for 4 seasons.  During his tenure at Catholic High, he turned a program with only 2 years of AHSAA experience into a consistent Division 1A-4A playoff contender.

 John is an engineer with Teledyne Solutions and an active player for the "Law Dogs" in the Huntsville Adult Soccer League premier division.  His playing experience also includes a stint with the Baton Rouge Bombers of the Eastern Indoor Soccer League in 1998.  Grissom Soccer looks forward to the upcoming season under Coach Moran's leadership.

 Assisting Coach Moran is long-time assistant, Coach Greg Arndt, irreplaceable to our program.  His long hours of coaching, physical training, and maintaining our field can never properly be compensated.  The Grissom Soccer Program would never be where it is today without the selfless years of commitment of Coach Arndt.

Todd Wood serves Grissom as the JV coach.  Coach Wood is a former Grissom player and brings with him his club coaching experience.

Also, we have Doug Bailey, who is working with the goal keepers.
